Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods:
We offer multiple shipping methods to meet our customer's needs. All orders are shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Shipping Time:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the shipping location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please Note: This is the 'expected' delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the package, and the shipping destination. Customers can view shipping rates at checkout before completing their purchase. Note all orders over the value of $140.00 AUD will receive free standard shipping.
Shipping Locations:
We ship our ice baths within Australia only. If you are outside Australia, please email support@thedope.com.au so we can calculate shipping and duties.
Delivery:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status of your package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on ice baths that have been used. If you receive a damaged ice bath, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
PO Boxes:
Due to the size of our products we do not ship to PO boxes.
