Refund Policy for The Dope Ice Baths

At The Dope, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality ice baths  to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing. We are committed to providing  excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their  purchases. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ice baths that  have been used. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any  reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the  original purchase date. 

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@thedope.com.au with your order  number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation  number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the  customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Once we receive the unused product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its  original condition and packaging. Once the return is approved, we will issue a  refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at  support@thedope.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged or  defective product. We will send a replacement product or issue a full refund,  including any shipping charges, once the damaged or defective product is  returned to us.
